The Company is experiencing sustained growth and the Project Co-Ordinator's role is to provide dedicated support to the Company’s clients and the Company’s internal teams for ongoing projects.

This role will be responsible for managing and liaising with our Suppliers and Customers for new Broadband and Telephone line installation. This role will require adequate organisation and taking ownership of various installations from start to finish. A typical week within this role consists of numerous responsibilities. i.e., chasing suppliers for updates if or when deadlines are breached, liaising with customers to organise external and internal engineer visits. Coordinating and planning internal engineer’s schedules & organising the relevant kit for the engineers to install at sites. Once an order completes, it is the Coordinator’s responsibility to update the internal system, declaring the circuit is with Evolve. Liaising with other departments within the business such as accounts for billing purposes & our internal support team if there are issues with circuits after installation. Assisting the Coordination Team by answering telephone calls during the day as needed (usually Openreach/BT engineers).
Qualifications
GCSE’s Grade A* - C:
Maths, English and ICT skills and experience with Word and Excel
ITIL Qualification - Desirable but not essential
